Extra information for deliveries:

  • We DO NOT deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.
  • We do not deliver to P.O Box or BFPO addresses.
  • We do not deliver outside of the mainland UK at this time.
  • Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to inform you in the event of any unexpected delays.

Cancellations and Amendments

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your order has begun to be processed. If your order has been, or is being, processed, please follow our returns procedure (as detailed below).

We will try to accommodate any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee this. If you do wish to make an amendment to your order, please contact: onlineservices@LaPetiteCongolaise.com.

Returns & Exchange Policy
We hope that you are happy with your order from La Petite Congolaise. However, if you need to return an item purchased online, we would like to help you resolve the matter quickly. Simply send us a Return Request via email at: onlineservices@LaPetiteCongolaise.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please specify which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return so that we can learn how to better serve you. Once your request has been approved, you will be sent a Return Authorisation slip via email. You may then send back the item(s) unopened, in perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging, together with your signed Return Authorisation slip. Refunds will be issued to the card which was used to place the order once we have received the item(s).

All items are returned at your expense. The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. We strongly recommend obtaining a certificate of posting before sending. Please return the item(s) to: La Petite Congolaise, Unit 12, Craft Central, 33-35 St John’s Square, London EC1M 4DS

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for online purchases at this time.

Damaged/Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please immediately email onlineservices@LaPetiteCongolaise.com or call us on: + 44 (0) 7402 122988 detailing the damage/fault. Once your request has been approved, you will be sent a Return Authorisation Number via email. We will then arrange for the item(s) to be returned to us with the original product packaging, together with your signed Return Authorisation slip. Once we have received the item(s), we will then organise a replacement to be sent out to you; or alternatively issue a refund to the card which was used to place the order.
